Therefore reviewing applications quickly and having a method of identifying suitable applicants fast is critical! This is where the Shortlisters service excels. As soon as applications are received we start reviewing candidates, using our unique tools to ascertain who the most suitable people are. We liaise with each candidate to thank them for their application and ensure they have a positive experience when applying for your role. We also handle all correspondence post-campaign to notify those people that have not been shortlisted.

After the initial review of all applications is complete and a first-round shortlist is compiled, we commence the final assessment of each candidate. This includes phone interviews plus skills testing and reference checks if you require. A full transcription and recording of the phone interviews is provided to you along with our comments and perceptions.

Once we have completed our process, you can log in to your online account to review your shortlist, our notes and our phone interview comments. In addition, you can access all applicants that have applied to the role, giving our services full transparency. If you disagree with who we have shortlisted, you still have access to all other applicants.
