We genuinely believe that the opportunities here are endless. When you start here, you can go anywhere. We work as a team, we get involved, roll up our sleeves and make things happen. When we put our minds to something, there is no stopping us. Many of our team have worked across a few different departments and countries!
A day off on
In our offices there is a lot of banter, singing, laughter, but also deadlines, focus and determination to be the best we possibly can be. We work hard and play hard and believe to be truly successful at work you need a happy and harmonious environment.
We won’t beat around the bush - we work hard, and being in an agency environment means there is occasional overtime and really busy days, but in return, we believe in rewarding our staff and celebrating our success with perks such as on-site massages, team dinners, social outings and a weekly friday night happy hour.

We are breaking down the traditional "recruitment agency" model by being a fresh, dynamic and entrepreneurial business. We have offices in Auckland, Melbourne and now Queenstown and are looking to add to our local Queenstown team.
We are looking for a vivacious person with a strong administration background, who is looking to build a career within the recruitment and advertising field.
A passion for engaging with people and an ability to "see" what others might miss will see you succeed in this role. Your main responsibility will be to complete phone interviews and reference checks, working alongside a Recruitment Partner to ensure our clients recruit as quickly and effectively as possible. A key part of this is your ability to connect with each person you speak with, putting them at ease and taking a genuine interest in learning about their professional history. It is a role that requires compassion, empathy, the ability to establish rapport quickly and the skill for asking the right questions at the right time.
If you are currently working as a Recruitment Consultant, we'd love to hear from you as well as we could move you directly into a Recruitment Partner role.
You need to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing environment and want to work with a technology-focused, modern company.
